Bobelvis considering people have been told that for the last 2 days and no one has gotten them i think it would make perfect sense that someone who is uninformed of the situation told you that.

Love that moment when Best Buy marks this post as "solved" but no one has any codes nor have they provided any solution; rather each representative you talk to provides a contradicting answer

Just got off the phone with support; I was transferred to the "code specialist" who said I would receive a code from the "code department" within 24-48 hours. Smh. At least I was given a reference number to call back with if I don't see anything.
