I had the same thing happen with my preorder. We need answers. There is always something when I pre-order from best buy...I don't know why I keep ordering from them.

As far as I know, the only pre-order bonuses for FIFA 21 that should have been cancelled off orders were for the PC versions, as the pre-order bonuses are being included in the game code.
Which versions of the game did you pre-order, and for which system?

To follow up on this, I was informed that EA is now including all pre-order bonus items themselves for the Ultimate editions of their games, including FIFA 21, and for the upcoming NHL 21. That will mean that if you had a pre-ordered copy of the Ultimate Edition of either of these games, you may receive an email that the pre-order bonus has been cancelled, as it would no longer be needed on your order.
For physical copies of FIFA 21 Ultimate, those codes will be in the box. For digital versions, all pre-order bonuses will be included in your game code.
For all other editions of FIFA 21. we should be emailing you a code for the base pre-order bonus. For the Deluxe editions, extra pre-order items will be included as a code in-box or as part of the game code for digital copies.
If you do not receive your base pre-order bonus code on the day of release, please allow 24-48 hours for the emails to arrive and then follow our process in our floated post "Game Codes - Read Me First", found here.

Hello -- I purchased a pre-order FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition hard copy from you guys in June. According to your website and the EA website, I should have received an Untradeable FUT 21 Ones To Watch Item.
However, I never received this item online after entering the code -- although I did receive the other items.
EA told me that it was your responsibility, so I called Best Buy support. I was told a "CodeMaster" would send me a new code, but unfortunately the new code was for the Standard Edition and did not include the Untradeable FUT 21 Ones To Watch Item.
I called back and was told by an unusually rude customer support rep that I did, in fact, get everything I needed and if I had a problem I should call EA. I asked to speak to a manager or other rep and was told that if I didn't like his answer I should hang up and call back. He then attempted to transfer me to a manager, but the call was dropped.
I called back and had a similar experience with a more pleasant rep. She also put me on hold for a manager and told me that I did receive my FUT Gold packs and despite telling her a number times that I was not calling about the gold packs, she put me on hold for a manager and, after a total of 51 MINUTES! on the phone, the call was again dropped.
EA says it's Best Buys problem and Best Buy says it is EA's problem, which makes it my problem because I didn't get what I paid for and nobody is willing to help me.
I know this is a common problem, so I am surprised that nobody at Best Buy will even acknowledge that I did not receive everything I paid for.
Can you help me?
