As detailed on our Get $10 page, you should receive your 500 point reward within 15-20 days of release. As we’re well outside of that period for Fifa 19, it is not expected that you should have received your points yet. The codes EA gave Best Buy for the Ultimate edition were all for the Post Launch version. This means we all got 25 packs up front, but not the UCL player, or the 2 jumbo packs a week for 20 weeks. There is nothing Best Buy can do, as the codes they received were wrong, and EA will not do anything to fix it.

So only bestbuy had this issue and they are not at fault?
If I buy a blue Nike shirt from Macy's and I receive a red Nike shirt from Macy's I'm not going to complain to Nike for giving them the wrong shirt. I'll complain to Macy's... so I think Best Buy is at fault here and not EA

Agreed. I understand that EA sent the wrong codes. That was a mistake but we bought the game from Best Buy so it is their responsibility to get with EA and fix the issue rather than say..."Oh well...sorry customers. Better luck next time." There is a reason I pre-ordered and I didn't get what was promised.
