Email sent, No Digital Codes Received

I've previously bought a nintendo ecard for 5$ and have been trying for MONTHS, to get this code emailed to me(yes its the correct email) to no avail, I still have no code.


I also tried to buy a digital download of Stardew Valley thinking it would be different since it was a game and not a gift card, and still have yet to recieve this code email as well, despite the website saying both emails have been sent, and multiple calls to the support team. On both orders I used my points and redeemed for 5$ off, maybe that has something to do with it? I would very much like to play my games.
