Email for download code not received.

On November 22nd I ordered a PlayStation Plus 12 month code. The email has not been received and it isn’t in a spam folder or my inbox. I called customer support to fix this issue and they told me they resent the code but it was still NOT received and the person I spoke to said she couldn’t do anything about it. I need my activation email so I can redeem my code.

While I wish it were under different circumstances, welcome to the forum! Getting a digital code via email shouldn’t be this difficult, so it’s discouraging to hear you’re still having problems despite reaching out to us about this in the past. I’m admittedly not sure what’s causing the problem given that you’ve checked your spam folder already, but I definitely want to get to the bottom of this! I wouldn’t wish for you to pay for something you haven’t been able to use.
