Now while I did not pre-purchase the expansion. I did buy it digitally several hours ago on your site. To which the wording under specifications is as follows:

Video Game Content Included

“Expansion pack and the all important bonus content.” That bonus content would contain the Palefrost Elk Mount.

And while BestBuy may have failed to word it correctly the fact remains that it’s on the site and I purchased the CE Upgrade meaning the company should honor what they themselves posted mistakingly or unknowingly on their own website.

My son is highly upset that the Elk wasn’t in the expansion download for The Elder Scrolls Online along with the other bonus goodies since no bonus code was provided.

“Pre-purchase for immediate access to the Palefrost Elk Mount. Claim pre-purchase rewards in addition to these exclusive Collector’s Edition items at launch: Amenos Ornaug, Balfiera Senche Cub, Ascendant Knight Outfit Style, Hoard of the Schemers Memento, High Isle Emote Pack.”

I have been a customer of yours for years. Please do right by me and my son. I’m not asking for anything extra. I spent my $50 and am merely asking to be provided with a code for access to the bonus items.

Finally I want to stress when any place words video game digital content as “bonus content” they are generally always referencing pre-order items or items that are a bonus to whatever the expansion, game, or DLC already includes.
