Hi Best Buy,
I have a tricky issue with my order. I preordered Elden Ring when the listing was brand new and blank, and used my GCU on the order.
However, I just realized now that the preorder bonuses weren't automatically added to the order. Furthermore, I had intended to preorder the PS5 version but the listing seemed to have changed to the PS4 version.
Since they both have the same retail price, would it be possible to correct the PS4 version in that order to the PS5 version and still keep the GCU discount? And will the preorder bonuses be added?
