This is too funny Oh the codes were Emailed out to all of you's ( O_o ) I looked and the same Blank Email as everyone else. I then went and had to apologized to my daughter for her not having all the content's to her birthday gift.,How many times were we told you have to wait 24 hr's oh yeah then wait some more and then again onlyy to be told to wait still some more, not when Gamestop had their codes to their customers within the promised time. The game was released May 21 for the PC and should of had the code included on the receipt.

Same here a blank email with still no code, tomorrow marks two weeks since summerset launch and we still do not have a pre order code. First and last time I shop at best buy.

Just to follow up, I haven't received a code. The last email I received was the blank one I mentioned on Friday. I've checked my Spam, Promotions, Updates and whatever folders I can think of.

I am sorry you haven't found your codes. It is possible that as two emails went out relatively close together that your inbox merged them together into one thread. If this is the case you may only see the first one, and need to click into the second.
However, if you still aren't finding your code this way, please utilize our Game Code Support process to request that we review your order directly.

So even though I haven't gotten an e-mail, not even a blank one, I should go through the Game Code Support system? To attempt to acquire a code that, in my opinion, should have been sent with the initial purchase of the product? Alright. I guess I'll give it a shot.

The codes were not sent. None of us got them, we all got the same blank email. You guys saying we got them and to look here and there are insulting our intelligence actually. As if we don't know how to check an e-mail? Are you serious? All of us are that dumb?
You are really trying to make sure we never buy another game at Best buy again I guess. Ive gone through all these emails, forum posts, phone calls and long waiting game for even the physical game, and you want me to go further now, how many hours of time spent on something you all should have given us day 1...
I don't know what all to say, just totally feel disrespected, disappointed by Best buy and I truly doubt I will ever buy anything of importance to me at your store again by the way you all handled this.

This is absolutely ridiculous. You guys never sent me a code either, only a blank email like everyone else.
Now to get that code I've had to sign up for an account on your forum which I don't want (of which the sign up page is also unencrypted by the way), then send a private message to someone. You guys need to get your crap together. Between this and GCU going away you won't see any more business from me aside from what I already have on order.
