Doom Steelbook mistake

Hello. So I had pre ordered Doom Eternal months ago and was notified tbat I would receive the free steelbook with it. I checked my order yesterday and everything seemed fine despite what is going on in the world right now. It listed the game and steelbook for store pick up but now after checking it a few minutes ago it says that the steelbook has been changed to shipping and it will ship to an address that I no longer live at and I cannot make any changes to it. My question is that can I talk to someone about getting another steelbook sent to the correct address or am I just out of luck? Any help would he greatly appreciated. Thank you

Welcome back to our Support Forums!  I’m glad you decided to pre-order your copy of DOOM Eternal with us, and I can certainly understand why you’d want to make sure you’re receiving the pre-order bonus SteelBook as well!

 

While I can’t guarantee a particular outcome at this time, I’d like to look into your order further, and offer any additional assistance I can.  For me to take a closer look, I’ll ask that you send me a private message with the following information:
