[problue]

Hello. I recieved my game Friday but no steelbook was included. Frustrated as I pre ordered back in January.

May I please have assistance in shipping a steelbook please?

Hello, I just received my copy of Doom Eternal with the pre-order Steelbook and it arrived damaged. One of the clasps on the inside of the case was snapped off so that I can't properly close it. Would exchanging this Steelbook for one that is not damaged work the same way as any other item? Since you can only get these by pre-ordering, I wasn't sure if there would be an issue with availability as I have no way of knowing if my local Best Buy has more in stock.

They may have some but don't count on it.  I just picked mine up about an hour ago I told the CSA they could just keep it in case someone got a damaged one.

I received my game and steel case but the steel case is bent and the inside is shattered what do I need to do to get a replacement.

Mines as well. I need a replacement. I also did not receive my Doom Eternal Collectors Edition

A store may or may not have extra.  I know mine does because I told the CSA to keep it when I picked up my copy on Friday.  

I don't know if they woudl give it to you or what the protocol is. 

I do not believe Bethesda makes extra copies of the steel book either. If is just a free incentive at least it didn't cost anything.

If you’ve not yet received your SteelBook that was included with your order, please contact our phone support teams at (888) BESTBUY or (888) 237-8289, so they might review the status of your order further.  For those with SteelBooks that have arrived damaged, please know we’ll be unable to replace them due to inventory restraints.  I know this may not have been the answer you were hoping for, and I apologize for any further disappointment this news may bring.

I bought it in store. Preordered like a month or so ago.
If not mistaken. They said they dis t find anyrhing for a steelbook in their system even though i showed them your website with the promotion. I dont mind the codes really. But i made a point to preorder from there for the steelbook as it qas a gift. I payed another preorder i full for the same reason and im hoping they dont do this again. If there is still chance for me to get it. Can i get it delivered to store?

If you're unable to provide replacement Steelbooks for those that were damaged, then why is Best Buy still offering Steelbooks with purchases of the game on their website? It was supposed to be a pre-order incentive, not a purchase some time after release incentive.
