I ordered 2 copies of Division 2 Gold Edition (one copy for me and one copy for a friend). I ordered one on the 6th of March and one on the 8th of March. I only received one digital code for a preorder bonus - The Capitol Defender Pack. After reviewing my orders on BestBuy.com, I see that only one of the orders actually included the pre-order bonus on the receipt? Why would this be? I gave my friend the one code that I got, but didn't get a second code. Can this be rectified???
Also - I have yet to see my $10 bonus certificates show up. How long do they take?

Welcome back to the forums. I’m sorry to hear that your pre-order codes haven’t arrived. Please double check your spam folders to see if the codes may have been caught there. Sometimes the codes will be sent even if they don’t appear directly on the order.
If you still don’t see those codes, please head over to here. Our floated post titled Game Codes – Read Me First will give you some direction on how to make sure the codes can be received. It also provides a link to contact our Gaming-BBY team to request those codes if needed.
As for the $10 in bonus rewards, as noted here it can take up to 20 days to receive those points. Please note that only one copy of the game will qualify for the bonus points. If you don’t have the points by day 21 after you received the game, please reach back out and we’ll see if we can help.
