Disappointed! Late delivery!!!

I pre-ordered Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Mar 5, 2020. The order number is {removed per forum guidelines}.

Best Buy promised that I can get it by Mar 20, 2020, and I've been waiting for it all day long. Now there it is. It will arrive on Mar 23. I should have known it since you sent a message "SHIPPED" but I can't see any information from UPS. I tried to contact you via live chat for at least 5 times. The little blue window can only tell that there are 100+ customers in line. Ridiculous. 


Never make a promise which you are not able to fulfill. Will return it.

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  As someone who shops online myself, I know just how frustrating an order delay can be, and I’m sorry to hear this seems to be the case with your recent Animal Crossing: New Horizons order.


Although we try to ensure every order shipped to our customers arrives by their estimated arrival date, and hit that mark a majority of the time, there are sometimes instances outside of our control that prevent us from getting the order delivered by its estimated arrival date.  While we’ll be unable to expedite the delivery at this time, going forward, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inbox for updates to your order, and I’m optimistic you’ll be receiving your game soon.
