Hello,

I did not receive my email download for my two Nintendo switch games I just purchased online. It says that I have been emailed instructions on how to download them, but I have not receive those emails and it has been a whole day.

Could someone help me receive the items I ordered?

Ordering digital items generally means your order can be fulfilled and received pretty quickly, so I would be curious and reaching out as if the fulfillment emails weren't received. Sometimes such emails are filtered though, so you would want to check any Spam, Junk, Advertising, or Promotions folders you may have. Have you had a chance to check such folders?
