Please help! I accidentally got the PC download instead of Xbox.. I have a chrome so unfortunately it won't download onto my computer. It hasn't been downloaded but I was wondering if I could get a refund or an exchange so I am able to play on my Xbox. TIA, Kaley

I’ve become a big fan of digital downloading games over the last few years, though mine are usually on PC, instead of Xbox.  I can certainly understand your concern about seeing what options you have when you’ve purchased the wrong digital item.

Per our Return & Exchange Promise found here, digital content, such as game codes, are non-returnable, so we would be unable to refund your order, or exchange it with a code for Xbox.
