I purchased some VC bucks for NBA 2K21 and a code was not given at checkout. First time for me purchasing this so was unaware. I went back to store on N. Michigan rd in Indianapolis and waited for a customer service rep who said use the reference code on receipt, that's not a valid code. Called custuservice waited 4 days for a response by code master saying purchased in store so they can not do anything only the store can. Called back spoke with a rep and she said we can order inline and do a 0 bill on credit card because of other. So I waited and it's been 3 days and still no code emailed to me with the code. I am looking for the code in order for my son to download and use. So after 2 trips to store and 2 new case IDs no code as of today. Am I safe to assume this is just a 50 dollar mistake ?? I mean what does it take to get a code for this. Hours spent on this and very frustrating that not a single person can help get this code, but they sure ran my card for the 50.
