Digital code still loading after 4 hours

So i made a purchase of a digital xbox gift card. It says instant delivery, which is why i made the purchase because I need the cash for a current sale. However after 4 hours since making the order, I still havent received the code. It's not in my Digital Library and only says that I'll be emailed when it is ready. How long is it supposed to take?

 

At the time of the purchase, the sale I was trying to catch had 11 hours left on the clock. It is now down to 6. Will I have my code soon or will I be able to cancel and get my refund?

Still waiting, (10 hours in counting) the order is still in the exact same spot, saying "we'll email you when it's ready". The green meter isn't moving anywhere, still sitting right over the word "We'll". I'm not being impatient but if you're going to advertise, instant delivery, I would like to have it instantly or at least within the hour, not days-weeks later. 

 

Amazon advertises instant delivery and the digital code is there as soon as the order goes through. Why is it here that the order goes through and takes my money only to not send me my code?

Welcome to our forums and thank you for sharing your experience with us.  Generally speaking, once your order has been processed successfully, you should see your code in your Digital Library, or have received an email confirming your purchase and next steps to access your digital content.  If you’re not seeing anything in your Digital Library, or in your inbox or spam/junk folder, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and offer any assistance I can.

 

For me to get started, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

I’ll also ask that you add noreply@deliveryegc.bestbuy.com to your email contact list, in case that’s preventing your inbox from receiving your Xbox gift card correctly.
