Digital code not received

Hello

 

I ordered a few Switch games and a 12 month online digital code. The Switch games were physical copies and have already arrived at my doorstep. The digital code has not arrived yet.

 

I can see on the forums here that not receiving digital codes from Best Buy is a common problem.

 

Is there a solution somewhere? I've already checked spam/junk/inbox multiple times and my credit card has already been charged. Still nothing...

I have now added <BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.BestBuy.com> as a Safe Sender to ensure it does not get filtered by Outlook.

Could someone help me please?
