Digital Robux Code not getting sent and automatically cancels itself

I’ve been trying to purchase a digital Robux card for a while. Each time I have it would automatically cancel. I don’t know if it’s just that I’m using a gift card or Best Buy is just have something to do with it, please help. Thank you, Justus
