Digital Order still hasn't been recieved after 2 days. Please help.

I still haven't recieved my digital code for Mario Odyssey even though I placed the order 48 hours ago, it just says order recieved. Can someone please help? Your assistance would be much appreciated.

I am having the same issue right now. On their FAQ site they claim that, digital keys will take at most 8 hours to be send. But it has been more than 2 days now that i ordered mario odyssey and there is no update on my order. Meanwhile ı cantacted support twice, both of them claimed that i will get my key in the next 8 hours, but here we ars after 48 hours there is still no update. In this 2 day period i could have just gone to a store and buy it from there. This is just becoming more and more frustrating and unacceptable. 2 day+ arrival time for a digital key is something i have never heard of before. Well let this be a lesson for future customers who will read this and me, avoid best buy while buying digital stuff. I will update my situation once i receive my key to let everyone know how long did it take.

Honestly it's really infuriating. I bought it for the discount but it was no longer on amazon since they sold out. I saw that best buy still had the discount so went to buy it from here.

I hope your situation also gets resolved.

Yeah same I have not recieved the code (I ordered sunday morning). I hope that they still have codes because it seems like they sold more codes than they actually had in stock. I will let you know if there are any updates. Fingers Crossed!

Although not common, there are instances where orders through BestBuy.com take a bit longer to verify than usual, which would cause your order delivery to be delayed.  With that said, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inboxes, and I’m optimistic you’ll be receiving updates regarding your orders soon.

3 days no code

Good Day,

I purchased 2 Mario games 03/10/2019, I have not yet received the digital codes.

The order status shows order received.

So I got off the chat with an online agent for bestbuy. My guess was right and they do not have any stock of the game and they still sold it and they charged my card without having any codes available.... starting to get frustrated with Best Buy

9 days later I still haven't received a code I was supposed to get in an hour.
