I still haven't recieved my digital code for Mario Odyssey even though I placed the order 48 hours ago, it just says order recieved. Can someone please help? Your assistance would be much appreciated.

Yeah same I have not recieved the code (I ordered sunday morning). I hope that they still have codes because it seems like they sold more codes than they actually had in stock. I will let you know if there are any updates. Fingers Crossed!

Although not common, there are instances where orders through BestBuy.com take a bit longer to verify than usual, which would cause your order delivery to be delayed. With that said, I recommend keeping an eye on your email inboxes, and I’m optimistic you’ll be receiving updates regarding your orders soon.

So I got off the chat with an online agent for bestbuy. My guess was right and they do not have any stock of the game and they still sold it and they charged my card without having any codes available.... starting to get frustrated with Best Buy
