In California, we dont pay takes on digital goods. All items so far that are digital (Game downloads egift cards) on the site come up correctly with no tax except for this game. Not sure if its because its new and coded incorrectly. Can someone please check? I want to buy it but no one on the support side (Chat or Calling in) has been able to help me.

Thanks for providing your information. I'm sure one great thing about living in California is there are no taxes on digital games, so I can understand your concern. While I can't change how our website works, I can apply an allowance for the taxes if they are charged. I you would order the game and give me the order number, I can refund you the price of the taxes charged.
