I placed an order on 5/27/2020 for animal crossing new horizons. I still have not gotten an email, I checked every single folder spending over an hour to carefully comb through to see if I accidently missed it. I called on 5/29/2020 waited over 90 minutes for the agent to immediately disconnect on me as soon as they picked up. I tried to call in again on sunday for the automated system to say there was over a two hour wait. All I wait is my game! I can provide the order number, a different email. How can you guys do this to people?
