I purchased Sims 4 Vampires expansion digital download for windows last night and though the status says it was completed and should be in my digital library it is not there when I click the link to go to the digital library thus I am unable to download the product I paid for

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sure you were excited to load up your Sims 4 expansion and start exploring all the new content, so its disappointing to hear you had trouble redeeming your download code. That said, I’ll be happy to advise you here.
Please know that Sims 4 content is not downloaded directly from BestBuy.com, and you should have received a redemption code via email, or be able to locate one within your Digital Library. This code is redeemable via EA’s Origin platform, where you can download your expansion content.
