I just recently recieved Madden 20 xbox one and Call of duty modern warfare for xbox one as a secret santa gift. When I go to activate them to get my dow load code it says it activated by merchant/y
Best buy. I was not given a receipt or know who gave me the gifts since i missed the christmas party. To say the least I'm very frustrated since one of the games was for my nephew who will now be disappointed. Can you please activate then if I bring g them in their original container or at least excha get me one that will work. Thanks I very loyal bust disgruntled customer

Regarding the activation of any of these games, we’ll need to discuss these purchases with the original purchaser, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.  If you’re able to find out who your secret Santa is, I’d recommend they visit their local Best Buy store for further assistance.
