I bought a game on the website and i got an email with the code to activate it on steam, but the code is 0 which is not a valid code. Ive tried calling the number in the email and they were not helpul at all. I went into my local best buy and they said there is nothing to be done, that i got my code its not their fault it doesnt work. Im just trying to find someone that can resolve this.

Welcome to our forums! I can’t imagine you’ll be able to do much with a download code of “0”, so I’m sorry to hear there seems to be an issue with your recent order with us.
If you haven’t done so yet, I’d recommend attempting to access your game through your Best Buy Digital Library, in case there was an error with the code that was sent to you via email. You’ll find more information regarding our Digital Library here, and I hope this information proves useful.
