Digital Download Game Key Code 0

Recently purchased The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr Standard Edition - Mac, Windows [Digital] and the email I was sent listed the key code as 0.  Attempting to follow the instructions page on the Best Buy digital library led to a broken link. Is there any way I can get a valid key code for the game?
