This is getting ridiculous.
I bought the digital games Gears 5 and Gears Tactics last week Friday. It took until Monday for the system to say that they sent the code for the games. I've still not recieved anything. Nothing in my digital orders on the website either.
It's not in my spam and the Best Buy address in my contact list.
Per the sticky in this forum, I sent my info via private message, but nobody responded.
I called customer service today, was bounced around to several people. Ultimately the lady said she could not give me the codes over the phones, but that the dept that generates the codes would send something ASAP. 8 hours later and still nothing.
If you will not fulfill my order, then please tell me how to get a refund, I shouldn't have to pay for something and not recieve the product I purchased.
This is the last time I ever buy digital media from Best Buy. It's shocking that such a large company has so much trouble with fulfilling simple digital orders.
