I’m sorry to hear your digital code took longer to arrive than you were expecting it to, but I’m happy to hear that your email did indeed arrive. That said, it’s disappointing to hear that this may affect your decision to order from us again in the future.
Please know that in most cases we do expect digital content to be emailed out within 1 hour of purchase, however, this may take longer in a few instances. In my experience, whenever there is a delay in digital content being fulfilled its due to payment verification and authentication taking longer than normal.
This could be caused by ordering as a guest, or if this was your first online purchase with us using a new BestBuy.com account. If this was the case, I expect any future orders should process more quickly now that we’ve successfully verified your account and form of payment.
