Digital Code not received support says there is issue and cannot help

Hello today I purchased a digital version of Call of duty Cold war in the closest best buy store near me, I purchased the code and they gave me a receipt that said I would receive an email with the activation code to get the game, after waiting about 4 hours and not receiving the code I called the support number in the email version of my receipt only for customer support to tell me that there is a problem with their code system and that I would not be able to receive a code and that I would need to get a refund, on the receipt for my purchase it boldly says there are no returns or exchanges for this product. What am I supposed to do if I didnt receive the code and cannot receive a refund? I purchased something and have not received the product I have purchased, if anyone knows what im able to do id appreciate some help.

I hate to hear you didn't see your digital code come through, as I'm sure you've been looking forward to playing this version of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. I understand you've had difficulty getting support with this recently, and I'm happy to do what I can now to help.


First, can you please explain if you've revisited or worked with the store you purchased this digital code at to resolve the issue? Also, we suggest checking your spam/junk and promotional folders for that digital code as well, just in case the email was filtered there instead.
