I bought Katamari Damacy Reroll Prince and Ball Plush for the Switch in store today. I knew it only included a digital copy of the game, though on the fine print I didn't know it would be printed on the reciept. I do have the receipt, except there's no code for the game. Right now I'm trying to call the store, but it's still busy.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your digital code for Katamari Damacy REROLL. Getting this game with the Ball Plush Toy purchase should be exciting, but I can imagine how puzzled you must have been to not find the code on your receipt as expected. Many times these codes are emailed instead. Have you checked any emails that may be associated with a Best Buy account, including any Spam, Junk, Promotional, or Advertising folders?

Since I'm relying on the new message I just wrote, I can say that the issue may be due to the fact that the Email it was sent to is no longer being used, so I don't have access to that Email anymore. I was able to update the Email while at Best Buy when trying to see if they could help in person. I did include this information in the new message.
