On the day of release for Sims 4 island living, I purchase a digital copy of the game for my PC. After waiting over 4 hours I contacted best buy on the phone to find out what was wrong with my order when I was not recieving an email with the code. Already checked all mail folders including the trash folder and nothing. My order status still says preparing.
The team member on the phone said there was a known issue with the game and to give them 24 hours and I should get the email. Yet 24 hours later I still have not recieved anything and there is nothing in my email. I do not know if anyone else is still having this issues with best buy. This has never happened before when I order digital codes. I do not want a refund becuase that will mean giving up my reward certificate that I used to purchase the game. I just want to know what I need to do or how much longer it might be before I get my game.
