I purchased an Xbox One (in store pickup) a few weeks ago and noticed I did not receive an email with my receipt. When I questioned the cashier about the 3 month Xbox Live card that came with the purchase they told me it would be on my receipt and should be available within a few hours. After not getting an email I checked the printable receipt online and the code is not there. Can I still redeem this offer? I still have the card that came with the Xbox.
