I preordered Digimon Survive for Nintendo Switch but never received the preorder bonus code upon pickup on its release date. I saw others in the Best Buy forums were able to eventually acquire their codes through support, so I was hoping I'd be able to get mine as well.

Welcome to our forums!  Getting a bonus item or bonus content just for placing your order early is a great perk, so I can certainly understand wanting to make sure you’re not missing out.

If you haven’t done so yet, I’d recommend following the steps outlined in our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post, to get your information to our Gaming Support team.  Simply provide them the information outlined in that post, and I’m optimistic they’ll be able to assist in tracking down the code you’re looking for.
