Same with most other here, preordered digimon for my switch and never received a code

I also preordered the game for the witch and did not recieve any sort of instructions for the pre-order bonus. I have as advised on the first page sent in a private message to see about this being resolved.

If I had known this was going to be an issue I would not have purchased from Best Buy.

Tbf Pete I believe this was an error on Bandai-Namco's part rather than a retail issue, they kinda bungled the launch all around
