Hello, I pre ordered digimon survive for ps4 for my son also and it never came with the code inside. I've contacted the bestbuy phone number they said to return it to my closest store I tried this and the store refused to help unless the disc was damaged? What do I do? If I had known all this was going to happen I would have made him wait for the digital version.

I have the same issue on Nintendo Switch. I didnt received the code for Builmon as well.

I also didn’t receive my code and it was advertised on the Best Buy website that it would come with the game. I wouldn’t have purchased with Best Buy if I knew that was the case. It also won’t allow me to send a private message for some reason. Any chance I could get some help as well?

Same here preorder digimon surive on the switch.

Didn't come with the Launch edition code in the box or emailed at the moment. The Namco Bandai page listed that it was for this edition had a link to best buy's site for preorder.

Same thing happened to me, preordered for the switch version It came yesterday opened it up but there was no code for Guilmon inside. I'm not sure how to message you the info, but If you can help me with this I will gladly appreciate it thanks in advance.
