Didn't receive the Octopath Traveler 2 Switch Steelbook

I pre-ordered Octopath Traveler and was supposed to receive a steelbook and when I picked it up, there was no steelbook and I was told to contact Best Buy customer services when it shouldn't be like that when you advertise a steelbook when you order before release I want the steelbook that was supposed to be given with my order. Idk why this is happening? I would like to have it fixed ASAP! Smiley Sad
