I ordered a Nintendo Swtich online family membership and digital switch game yesterday and still have received an email with instructions to download them. Prior to this, when setting up my best buy account, I couldn't get the email to verfiy my account. After speaking with someone on the phone, they told me to change my password and then it gave me the option to have the code texted to me. So I was able to complete my bestbuy account so I could place my order with digital content, but now I can't get the email to redeem my game and membership. I'm so frustrated!!!!!

I totally hear where you're coming from regarding frustrations when not receiving emails as expected. Generally speaking, if an expected email isn't showing in your normal Inbox, the best first step is to check Spam, Junk, and/or Promo folders as sometimes emails will go to one of those areas. Another good step is to add BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.bestbuy.com to your safe sender list.
If you're still not finding the digital game code email, after checked the alternative folders, I would like to look into this further to see what I can do to help.
