Hi Jimmy,
I'm in the same situation as my fellow preorder customers above. Nothing like preordering a game months prior to launch to get greeted with "Oh we don't have your preorder item ready." It's literally the reason I preordered with Best Buy. I'll send you the details via PM, hopefully you have a resolution for all of us.

I am in the same boat, except my order is a pickup order. Game avauilble, steelbook isn't. The steelbook was the only reason I preordered with BB. If it doesn't become avaiable I am just going to cancel my order. I can't believe how much BB has been screwing up stuff lately. I will send a PM on this as well, but I am not hopeful for a positive resolution.
