Didn't receive Steelbook for preordered octopath traveller 2: empty box was delivered!

Hello!

 

I preordered an octopath traveller 2 for switch on Feb. 8th, and the website said my Steelbook was delivered. However, there was nothing in the package when I opened it. It was an empty delivery box!

 

How can I get my preorder bonus? I wish this could be fixed ASAP!
