Hi I purchased Ori plush for switch and didn’t get download code email. I’ve checked inbox and even spam, even waited few days and I haven’t received it.

Thank you for reaching out to us here on our forums.  I can definitely understand wanting to receive your download code as quick as possible and any delay would not be ideal.  I will be more than happy to look into this for you and see if we can't get you the code sent on over.  To start, would you mind sending me a private message with your full name, email address, and phone number?  You should be able to do so by clicking the blue button next to my signature.

Might need to make your own post on it. You’ll then have to pm the mod and give name, email and phone number.

Then they’ll send email with code.
