Conick81, all of our advertising did say "Limited Availability" and "While supplies last". If the steel book wasn't on your order, then there are no other option, f at time of your pick up, there were selling steel books at your local store, on the sales floor. Then an exchange could have easily been., but without providing the required information I unable to give much more details regarding your issue.

I preordered this in September shortly after the announcment, there are people who preordered this in October and November before release and got their steelbook, so I unfortunately don't find the limited availabilty/while supplies last answer to be acceptable. Yes an exchange could have easily been made if they didn't sell all of their steelbooks prior to me picking up my order, which the store assovciates informed they did instead of placing one aside for my preorder.
