Same issue, like many others I did not recieve the decals despite preordering months ahead of time with the special edition. Also like others, my box was banged up during shipping. Why was a bubble mailer used? For spending nearly 100 dollars I don't think it's outside of the realm of reason to expect a proper box to protect it. I would love for a new special edition box as well as the preorder bonus but understand that might be a tall order.

Add me to this list. Picked up my SE yesterday from the store and I was not given the pre-order bonus. I pre-ordered the day it went up. Please advise on how I can get the decals.

I appreciate your reply when it comes to the preorder issue, but the matter remains that mine and many others Special Editions were damaged via shipping. They were shipped in a bubble mailer that did not properly protect the box. Looking on sites like Reddit I have found other cases like mine where the corners of the box were damaged. This is frustrating because the box is a valuable collector's item that is now pretty ruined. Competitor's like Walmart shipped their Special Editions in a proper box with air padding/cushioning.
Why was the same care not taken with our Special Edition orders. Can we get a replacement that is shipped in a proper box? I would like to keep using Best Buy for my videogames, and I frequently buy collector's editions for games I am excited for but if our orders are not properly protected I will have to think twice before using Best Buy as my go-to for valuable items like that.
