Did not receive preorder bonus for Metroid Dread

I ordered the Metroid Dread Special Edition the first day preorders were made available but the tech decal preorder bonus was never added to my order or shipped with my order. I'd really like to have these shipped to me if possible.

Same here. Pre-ordered day 1 for Store pick up and the bonus was never added to the order after being added on the website later. Store refused to provide the bonus since it was not included in my order and phone customer service was no help. Best Buy really needs to fix their preorder system.

Same, no pre order bonus  even worse box is damaged just horrible 😤

Same issues: no preorder bonus, and my Special Edition copy arrived in awful shape due to insufficient packaging for shipping. I would like to have the Special Edition replaced and the preorder bonus included with it if possible. Thank you.

Same issue, like many others I did not recieve the decals despite preordering months ahead of time with the special edition. Also like others, my box was banged up during shipping. Why was a bubble mailer used? For spending nearly 100 dollars I don't think it's outside of the realm of reason to expect a proper box to protect it. I would love for a new special edition box as well as the preorder bonus but understand that might be a tall order.

Add me to this list.  Picked up my SE yesterday from the store and I was not given the pre-order bonus.  I pre-ordered the day it went up.  Please advise on how I can get the decals.

I appreciate your reply when it comes to the preorder issue, but the matter remains that mine and many others Special Editions were damaged via shipping. They were shipped in a bubble mailer that did not properly protect the box. Looking on sites like Reddit I have found other cases like mine where the corners of the box were damaged. This is frustrating because the box is a valuable collector's item that is now pretty ruined. Competitor's like Walmart shipped their Special Editions in a proper box with air padding/cushioning.

 

Why was the same care not taken with our Special Edition orders. Can we get a replacement that is shipped in a proper box? I would like to keep using Best Buy for my videogames, and I frequently buy collector's editions for games I am excited for but if our orders are not properly protected I will have to think twice before using Best Buy as my go-to for valuable items like that.
