Bought and paid for XBOX and Microsoft - 24mo Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership - Xbox All Access - Xbox Series X [Digital] and have not received the digital download
When I picked up the Xbox X in store I asked that CSR how to obtain the Game Pass he stated that I would get an email.
I did not receive it.
I started out with the online chat.. Said they would send it out. Never Happened.
Called digital download department, was told it would automatically load when setting up the Xbox. Never Happened
Talked to chat again, was told to contact Microsoft.
Spoke to Microsoft, they have no record of the purchase, told me Best Buy failed to apply the subscription.
Again on the Best Buy chat and again no help.
Called Digital Download again, 30+ minute, never got through
Now what am I supposed to do????

I understand! I am currently looking into this matter for you. I have submitted a request to have a code emailed to you since the other one was never received. It may take up to 48 hours to get a response due to the holiday and weekend. That said, I will reply here once I have a response regarding the new code.
