Good Evening,

I picked up the Intel i9 12900K CPU in store.  It is part of the gamer days promo that the link below show Best Buy as a paticipating retailer for.  This promo was supposed to have a master key given to me with the purchase that would include Call of Duty: Modern Wafare 2, Total War: Warhammer III, and Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt.  When I called Best Buy customer service on the phone today, they let me know that I would need to go in store to have them givbe me the code.  I went to the store tonight and the Manager said it should not be a problem if I reach out here to get it taken care of, so here we are.

Can you look into this and let me know what the next step is to get me the master key for the promotion?

If you’ve not yet received the code you’re looking for, I recommend following the steps outlined in our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post. Simply send the information needed for our Gaming Support team to locate your purchase, and I’m optimistic they’ll be able to assist in getting you the code you’re looking for.
