Hello. I purchased the Ryzen 2700x at the end of february and I was told the Division 2 code was on my receipt. Well it seems I have lost the receipt and when I went to have them reprint it today it also did not have a code on it.
Doing a little bit of searching it sounds like it was supposed to be emailed to me but the associate at the store didn't collect a valid email from me at the time of purchase. Or perhaps entered it wrong since they could only reprint the receipt after I swiped my card and did not find my email on file..
How can I get this resolved? I would hope to get this sorted out before the redemption period for the free download.
Also.. I see a space on the receipt where the code may have been printed originally (in between step 3 and 4 on the redemption instructions). I have a feeling they do not reprint game codes for security reasons which would make sense.
