I preordered Neo The World Ends With You on PS4.  I am supposed to get a code for a free two month subscription to Funimation Plus.  I never got it in the email.  I went though all the Best Buy emails and checked my spam folder.  The order page claims the an email was sent with instructions, but that is not the case. {removed per forum guidelines}  is the order number.  Email is {removed per forum guidelines}.  Help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
