Just to reiterate what Mariah mentioned, you may receive two different codes via email to if you pre-ordered the deluxe edition; one for the orbs, and another for the rest of your pre-order bonus content. It may take up to 48 hours for your code to arrive after picking your copy up at the store or after your order has been shipped. You can learn a little bit more and connect with us in regards to any issues after that time, here. Please make sure to check any Junk, Spam, or Promotions folders that may be in place through your email provider. Codes are typically delivered by our BestBuyInfo@emailinfo.BestBuy.com inbox. *Sigh* so here we are on release day & I warned about this exact issue happening prior to release but it of course came to pass. Anyways, like others, I haven't received my second code for the 100,000 red orbs and my order shipped well over 48 hours ago with it having been in my possession for over 5+ hours now. The only code I received was for the 5 alternate color costumes.
I attempted to call Best Buy customer service & explained the issue to them as I figured it'd be the quickest option to a resolution, all to no avail. The CSA I spoke with didn't understand what I was talking to them about since, "We only have one pre-order bonus code & it was sent." which again is the problem I was trying to avoid originally. So now as per your suggestion @Fey-BBY, I've sent a new PM to the Gaming-BBY inbox with hopefully an actual resolution.

I was also told to wait a day when I called in and still haven't received anything nor have I had a response to the PM I sent to the Gaming-BBY account yesterday. If the pre-order bonuses were two separate sku's like I said they should've been there would've been no issue from the automated system to properly send the codes in full. This has just been an unnecessarily frustrating experience for something that should be simple.

Well, apparently I'm unable to edit a previous post. I just got off the phone with the digital download department and as I was speaking with them an e-mail came in (talk about a coincidence) with the new code and they were able to read the new code off to me over the phone as well. Of course it redeemed as the deluxe edition pre-order bonus which should've been the one to be sent in the first place. Oddly enough, it only showed an image of the red orbs in the redemption screen and no download of the red orbs actually took place, however, it did show up as a prompt when I launched the game.
Anyways, I'm not sure if my phone calls helped, if it was the Gaming-BBY account that pushed it through or both but either way it's resolved and for those of you still missing codes I'd recommend attempting to pursue both avenues for a resolution. Good luck, friends.
Sidenote, if you want an additional 30k red orbs don't forget to play through the demo.

I received both of my codes for the deluxe edition. Now just entering them into my ps4, BUT after entering the code for 5 color costumes, it says the card/code had already been used. The other one worked fine. Is there any way i'm able to get the codes for the costumes?
