Last month I bought a nintendo switch online family membership, then I promptly forgot about it. I just went to my email to use it but I can't find it. Is there a way for me to access the information or re-send the email?

Welcome back to our forums!  I can’t tell you how many emails I’ve either lost in my inbox or simply deleted without realizing I’d need them later, so I can certainly understand your predicament!

I’ll be happy to see what we can do to track down the important information you’re looking for from that email, but I’ll need a few key pieces of information from you in order to begin my research.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your order number

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to keep this private information out of the public view of our forums, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
