After waiting for days and days, today my preorder for Deathloop was cancelled and along with it the steelbook, preorder bonus, and $10 rewards certificate. Pretty pathetic that this would happen. I trusted this retailer to deliver on what it offered and now I’m out of all the bonuses they offered. I was luckily able to do an order after the launch happened while my preorder waited in limbo so hopefully one of the representatives can do the right thing and help me get what should have been given to me. I have order numbers for both the one that was cancelled on me and for the one I placed and picked up after.
