I'm still waiting for my pre-order bonus code. The one issued was already redeemed. I e-mailed support and they said there was an issue and it was escalated. I would know more within 48 hours. Crickets now and I have emailed multiple times and they still don't have an answer.
Can I please get some help with a new code issued please?
