Here’s my ordeal. I never received a code (preordered in December) , called, and was told that it didn’t look like there was a preorder bonus attached to this game . ( not true, and if it was I would not have preordered from BB). Told the person that there was a preordered bonus, and got the response that others are getting (put in a case, got a case# and call back if I don’t hear see something in 24-48 hours)
Sucks to still not have a code for a character I usually main, especially after being a Best Buy loyalist ( elite member too)
I have run into this before, which is why I always make sure to have a screenshot of the listing when they don't come.

Like Mariah said, you can check out our floated post titled Game Codes – Read Me First. That post will give you some steps to take to reach out to our Gaming-BBY team to see if they can get that code sent to you.
I’m hopeful that they can assist in your situation.
